About Us

We are devoted to developing computational systems, algorithms, and artificial intelligence-driven tools to solve biological and medical problems. We develop computational methods based on machine learning, deep learning, and large language models. Currently ongoing research projects include prediction of anti-inflammatory and anti-aging peptide drugs, paratope prediction for single-domain antibody (nanobody), and protein-protein interaction prediction from biomedical literature. Additionally, we conduct interdisciplinary research, such as using machine learning to predict re-suicide patients (in collaboration with psychiatrists) and using LLM to predict children with developmental language disorders (in collaboration with audiology and speech-language therapy specialists).

為了解決真實世界裡那些讓人頭痛到懷疑人生的問題,我們開發各式各樣的計算系統、演算法與 AI 工具,從機器學習到深度學習,一直用到大語言模型,只要能讓電腦更聰明,我們都義無反顧地往裡面塞。

- 抗發炎、抗老化胜肽預測:雖然不能保證讓你變年輕,但至少模型的青春還很旺盛。
- 單域抗體互補位預測:我不懂抗體,但可以讓 AI 來搞清楚抗體到底在想什麼。
- 從生醫文獻中預測蛋白質、疾病、化合物交互作用:基本上是拜託電腦幫我們看論文,因為我們自己看兩三篇就很想睡了。

- 恭禧實驗室專題生朱苡綾、劉柏妘參加「2026智創未來- 生成式AI創意競賽」榮獲金牌獎,今年第三屆舉辦、共計450+隊參賽,已成為國內人工智慧主題之熱門競賽,我們參賽主題為「運用智能型資料擴增與蛋白質語言模型的功能性胜肽預測平台」,團隊開發方法於獨立測試集 MCC 達到 0.913, F1-score 達到 0.93. 2026/6. We are thrilled to announce that lab members Yi-Ling Chu and Bo-Yun Liu have been awarded the Gold Medal in the Logical Thinking Design Category at the 2026 Generative AI Creative Design Competition. Facing fierce competition from over 450+ teams, we secured the top spot with the project, "A Functional Peptide Prediction Platform Utilizing Intelligent Data Augmentation and Protein Language Models."
- 實驗室與國立台北大學資管所戴敏育所長合作的ESG資料標註成果已發表於IEEE EM-RITE 2026會議 (15th IEEE International Workshop on Empirical Methods for Recognizing Inference in Text ),題目為 VeriPromiseESG4K: A Traditional Chinese ESG Promise Verification Dataset for AI CUP 2026. 感謝參與計劃之亞大、北市大、北大同學進行ESG資料標註與驗證,成果作為AICup 2026春季賽「ESG 永續承諾驗證競賽」資料集. 2026/6.
